Dear Sir/Madam,

This reference to my latter dated 16th May 2018 regarding transfer the family pension on my
name.

I would like to informed you that my family applied the death certificate of my Late sister
Shamim Akhtar to Local Union Council, still we are unable to get the NADRA death certificate
the reason for delay member of Local Union Council informed us that they don’t have NADRA
printing papers to print the Death Certificate.

Several times we have visited to union council but they give the same answer that they haven’t
got the NADRA printing papers.

My others relevant documents has been ready to submit the request to transfer the family
pension on my name, as soon as we get the death certificate of my sister I will submit my
request to transfer the family pension on my name.
