    Dear Sir/Madam

    I am writing to apply for the position of junior chef as advertised in


    this month’s otel deview. I am fully trained cook with a diploma in
    Kırklareli University Gastronomy Department, and I have five years
    work experience. I currently work as a la carte chef at the Line Suit
    Hotel in Çeşme.
    I would like to apply for the position adversited as I feel I have the
    necesasry experince for the job. I have experience to manage stress, I
    can work as a team, I am used to work long hour, I am fully equieped
    to use kitchen utensil, I have a command of to use windows office
    applications. I am a responsible, organized worker, paying attention to
    hygiene rules and disciplined.
