Proprietorship, Partnership
and Corporation.
Sole Proprietorship

is a business venture
owned by a single
individual who makes
all the decision of the
business.
Partnership
is a legal form of
business operation
between two or
more individuals who
share management
and profits
The Partnership form have 2
types are

: General Partnership
: Limited Partnership
GENERAL PARTNERSHIP

Is a partnership
with only general
partners.
Limited Partnership

- Is a partnership which includes


both general and limited
partners. Limited partner does
not participate in the
management of the business and
has a limited liability up to his
capital investment only
Corporation
is a legal entity
that is separate
and distinct from
its owners, it
enjoys most of
the rights and
responsibilities
