There's one skill that took my career to an entirely different level. The skill is learning how to ask great
questions. Now, there's two ways you do this. One is the questions you ask to yourself, and two is the
questions you're asking to others. Now, if you consistently ask yourself the wrong questions, you're going
to consistently get get the wrong answers. I tell people, upgrade the quality of your questions. You'll
upgrade the quality of your life. You want to ask better questions instead of saying, man, why does this
always happen to me? Or how come I'm so fat? Or I don't know anyone. If I talk to everybody I know, I
think I'm out of people to talk to. Instead of asking questions like that, you say, I hey, I'm strong. I'm
resilient. What else can I be doing to go to the next level? What's the next book I could read? What's the
next person I can surround myself with? What's the next skill I can learn? Those are better questions. Ask
better questions, you get better answers. Upgrade the quality of questions, you upgrade the quality of
your life.
