Internship Details:
Type of Internship: Onsite (Gurgaon Office), No Work from Home

Duration: 2 months

Stipend: Rs. 15,000 for 2 months (No accommodations is provided by Cognitrex)

Industry: Lifesciences (Pharmaceutical/Medical Device/Medical Equipment/Hospital/CRO)

Selection Process: Interview through Telecon and Videoconference (Through assignment

evaluation)

Descriptions and Requirements:

 If the Student who would quit in between without completion of internship before
8 weeks; we will not provide the stipend and the certificate of internship. 

o Occupying more than 10 leaves during the internship period , you would not
be paid with any stipend

 Only 3 leaves are allowed during the internship

 No other leaves apart from Medical Emergencies would be

entertained during the internship tenure.

o The stipend would be paid 4 months after completion of the Internship.

 Upon completion the students would be preparing a project report by themselves and
would be verified and the certificate of internship will be provided

 The students must carry the laptop of their own 

 The internship is at Gurgaon Office. 

o We have a six days working system and official working hours would be from
9.30 AM to 6.30 pm

o 2nd and 4th Saturday would be off

 o On account of stringent timeline of project deliveries, the daily time can be
extended

 The internship would include the application of the followings 

o Student should have strong communication skills (both spoken and written);
should able to communicate properly 

o The student should be competent on Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and

Word); we will not provide basis training on how to apply formulas on Excel or
how to prepare the presentation 

o Market Research (Both Secondary and Primary) and competitive

intelligence (Both Secondary and Primary)

 The person should confident to carryout primary research through face-to-

face and telephonic interface

o Should have basic ability on analytics and report preparation

o Ready to travel

 Students are going to be engaged directly on live projects

Job Description:

 Responsible for conducting primary research in the allocated industry segments,

conducting in-depth research & analysis of customer, company' profile, their key
competitors & respective market & industry, which provide great decision-making
intelligence to our customers/clients

o Conducts sensitive peer-to-peer telephonic interviews and face to face

primary interviews as part of intelligence gathering

 Should have sound knowledge to gather relevant information and data leveraging a
broad set of resources like on-line databases, the internet, print sources, trade
associations, government agencies, company representatives, external research
organization, etc)

  Should ready for the filed work across PAN India to carry out primary interviews
among the key stake holders such as doctors, chemists, distributors, purchase
managers, lab technicians, lab managers, hospital administrators etc. face to face, over
phone.
