PER LA PROTEZIONE, ANTINFORTUNISTICA 1.1 La linea di macchine contenuta nel presente manuale e' stata costruita in conformita’ alla Direttiva Comunitaria sulle _macchine 89/392/CEE ed alle successive modifiche della ‘stessa. 1.2 E’ obbligo del responsabile della linea, attenersi alle direttive comunitarie CEE ed alle norme locali, nei riguardi del ambiente di lavoro, ai fini della sicurezza e della salute degli operatori 1.31 responsabile della linea 0 tenuto a conoscere i dispositivi di sicurezza installati, nonche’ le corrette modalita’ d'uso degli stessi. 1.4 Il responsabile della linea, designa gli ‘operatori autorizzai al funzionamento e stabilisce le rispettive competenze e limiti di intervento. Solo detti operatori possono lavorare sulla linea 1.5 Il responsabile della linea deve inoltre istruire gli operatori su quanto segue: = Nommative di sicurezza e antinfortunistiche. - Normative specifiche relative alle macchine. = Collocazione sulla linea dei vari comandi. - Collocazione sulla linea dei *PULSANTI DI EMERGENZA" per un pronto intervento (se installati) 1.6 Non lasciare awicinare alle machine della linea, sia quando lavora che quando e’ in riparazione, persone estranee al lavoro. NS SAFETY RULES Alll the safety rules that imply danger indicated in this manual are highlighted with the symbol A 4_- GENERAL RULES FOR ACCIDENT PREVENTION 1.1 The line of machines described in this manual has been built in compliance with EEC Directive 891 392 and amendments thereof. 1.2 The person in charge of the line must comply wih EEC directives and local regulations on work environment, operators’ safety and heath. 1.3 The person in charge of the line must be familar with the installed safety devices and their correct use. 1.4 The person in charge of the line shall appoint the operators authorized to run it and shall fix their respective responsibilties and extent of their work. Only such operators are allowed to work on the fine. 1.5 Furthermore, the person in charge of the line hall instruct the operators on the following: = Safety and accident prevention rules. = Specific instructions and rules conceming the line. - The line's different controls and where they are located "EMERGENCY PUSHBUTTONS" and their location on the line (i installed). 1.6 Non authorized personne! shall not be allowed near the machines of the line, neither when running nor when undergoing repair. Loperatore deve attenersi ai compiti assegnatigli dal responsabile della linea e procedere rispettando le istruzioni e le norme di sicurezza. 4.2 Quando non lavora, la linea dove essere protetta da manovre involontarie. Togiere I alimentazione elettrica ed inserire il pulsante di arresto d'emergenza (se installato). 43 Non azionare la linea se ferma per interventi speciali (messa a punto, manutenzione, lubrificazione ec.) 4.4 Accertarsi che non vi siano sulla linea, oggetti estranei (utensili, stracci ecc.). 4.5 Accertarsi che tutti i regolarmente chiusi, (se installati). portelli siano Le protezioni fisse (Carter) 0 mobili, devono timanere sempre nella loro sede, correttamente fissate ed in condizione di perfetta integrita’ durante tutte le operazioni relative al normale funzionamento. 4.6 Se per qualunque motivo i carter vengono rimossi e le protezioni disinserite a obbligatorio ripristinare la loro efficienza prima di rimettere in funzione la linea. 47 Controllare, prima di iniziare il lavoro, I eventuale presenza di difetti sui dispositivi di sicurezza e il regolare funzionamento dei pulsanti di arresto d'emergenza 4.8 Non mettere in funzione la linea se sul quadro di comando si notano strumenti, spie, ecc difettosi e se non sono stati effettuati i controll preliminari. 4.9 Accertarsi che la linea, dopo I’ avviamento, non emetta rumori strani; se cosi’ fosse, arrestarla immediatamente e individuare la causa. CAP. NS 4 INSTRUCTIONS FOR OPERATING OF THE COILING LINE 4.1 The person in charge of due line must make Sure that it is not used by unauthorized persons. Detti operatori devono essere persone fisicamente ed intellettualmente idonee, non sotto effetto di alcool o farmaci. 5.3 Tutte le operazioni di controllo, regolazione, manutenzione e lubrificazione devono essere eseguite a LINEA FERMA, ALIMENTAZIONE DISINSERITA E PULSANTE DI ARRESTO D'EMERGENZA INSERITO. 5.4 Quando per determinate operazioni e’ necessario che I' alimentazione sia inserita, usare la massima attenzione ed impiegare PERSONALE SPECIALIZZATO. Alle operazioni con alimentazione inserita, devono assistere almeno due persone, la seconda pronta a ferveniire nel caso di incidente. Inserire I’ alimenta; e solo per it tempo strettamente necessario e con la massima attenzione per le persone e per le machi 5.5 Durante i lavori di riparazione, I" operazione di disinserimento delle sicurezze dovra_essere eseguita solo da PERSONALE SPECIALIZZATO, i quale porra particolare attenzione per evitare danni alle persone e alle macchine. 5.6 AVVERTENZE DA RISPETTARE QUANDO SI EFFET TUANO INTERVENTI SULLE MACCHINE: = Applicare un cartello di segnalazione sul quadro di comando. Tutte le operazioni di riparazione devono essere eseguite da PERSONALE SPECIALIZZATO guidato da un responsabile. CAP. NS - if electrical welding is necessary for any reason, AS. Di seguito sono illustrate le targhe riepilogative della segnaletica. CAP.
