Understanding your Bill

On our itemised call list you will notice that all numbers will start with a prefix. All UK calls will have 0044 in
front of the number on your itemised bill. If you do call International numbers, then a different 4 digit
number will be on the front, depending on where you are calling. If you need to see what number you have
called then you need to remove the first 4 digits i.e. the 0044 from the start of your number and replace
with a 0.

Online Billing:

If you no longer need your bills posted to you, you can simply opt for online billing. Please contact
Customer Care using the above contact details, so that a member of the team can amend your
preferences.

If you have a concern about your account:

Most issues we can resolve with you by telephone email or letter. If you have a complaint then you will
need to contact us first. You will be asked to follow our Complaints Code of Practice, which can be found
on our website www.italktelecom.co.uk. We will always try our best to resolve this with you but if we cannot
after 8 weeks of you first raising this with us, then you are entitled to see an independent resolution service
