Further, old cases being handled by firms earlier empaneled by TIFAC (but could not find place in above new empanelment) would continue with regard to only old cases being handled by them on the same earlier approved rates and terms & conditions as per the contract valid i.e. upto 30.09.19. However, if such firm(s) refuses to work on old rates/charges, these old cases may be transferred to newly empaneled firms on new approved schedule of charges. The schedule of charges of above 12 attomey firms are being uploaded on the ICAR website www.icar.org.in (IP&TM and PME Division/ Policy & Guidelines) for information, reference and further necessary action, With regards, (V.K.
