(3 marks) ii) Hf Annual Sinking Fund for 20 years @ 6.5% is 0.02576, calculate the Amount of RM er annum for 20 years @ 6.5%. (3 marks) ii If Present Value of RM1 for 8 years @ 6% is 0.6274, calculate the Annual Sinking Fund for 8 years @ 6%. (4 marks) Enckk Muhammad Farish purchased a double storey bungalow house at Seksyen 7, ‘Shah Alam for RM500,000.
