We are finding ways for the possible utilization of our old three-story
building to accommodate the projected increase in enrollment next school year
2020-2021.

Our municipal engineering office conducted an ocular inspection of the said

building and have come up with an Inspection Report attached to this letter.

In this regard, we are requesting your good office to consider the

recommendations listed in their inspection report with emphasis on the deeper
analysis on the structure of the building.
