A Trick of Life

Good Morning to all of you here who really made time for this event. Before I start, may I
ask who among you here are, well, suffering from a problem, a life problem, challenges that may
make you doubt for your worth, or maybe a circumstances that brought impact to your life,
questioning your purpose in this world, or maybe a financial one? Well, this question may be a little
personal but, well, if you are suffering from any of this, we are the same. With this said, we can
relate ourselves and our life experiences with other people, gaining some good advices that could
help us build-up ourselves as well as our trust to our capabilities toward achieving something.

We all had ups and downs in life, and there is no way we can avoid them, but one thing is
certain: we can be better when dealing with these life circumstances that may lead to something
great in the future. Mental health may be one of the causes of our difficulties, especially when we
are anxious, as we tend to keep our mental health stable when we have to deal with the difficulties
in life. If I know that my emotions are about to burst, I tend to spend my time alone, reflecting and
composing myself so that I don't hurt anyone emotionally. This can benefit me, us in a healthy way,
as it allows us to understand more about ourselves and become more aware of our emotions; as a
result, we can be able to control ourselves in a way that we can avoid to think negatively that will
cause us into doing something we will regret soon. When it comes to dealing with the challenges
that life has thrown, there are certain people who may help us overcome them, and with that we
can be grateful that we had them when we are feeling down. It is important that we find people who
can help us reduce stress and conquer the difficulties we are facing. Somehow, these challenges can
make me braver, stronger, and smarter. This taught me how to unconditionally love and accept
myself. Being assertive can also be good, because it will help you acquire self-confidence and self-
esteem. We are all aware that when stress takes over our senses, we become unpleasant, which
might affect the people around us.

Furthermore, I know I can endure the stress that life has brought or will bring because I
know I have a family to lean on and open myself up to, friends to keep me company in times of
difficulty and pain, and myself, a braver and stronger self, to conquer the challenges of my life
experiences. And I also know that if I can, then I believe that you can, too. Let us also remember that
these challenges and hardships we face are only the trick of life which could help us become a better
version of ourselves. To formally end my speech, let me tell you this, the purpose of life events is to
provide us with learnings upon which we can reflect, and these experiences may lead us to our true
life objectives.
