Dear Sir/ Madam,

Re: Clarification: Transfer of Outstanding entries for more than 10 years in G/L
Sundry Deposits account under DEAF scheme of RBI, 2014

We refer to our HO:BR:112:77 dated 03.03.2020 on the above subject. It is inter-alia

advised that Option to transfer outstanding entry of Sundry Deposits to DEAF scheme /
of RBI, 2014 for 10 years and more has been developed under the same menu
HDOROTH.

The detail job card was also attached for your reference along with the above circular.

In this connection, we clarify that entry of sundry deposits for 10 years and more can
be transferred through menu option "HDOROTH" only.

The job card also includes menu option'HDORCLMOTH" which can be used for
lodging refund claim from RBI in future.

All entries outstanding in Sundry Deposits for 10 years and more as on

29.02.2020 should be invariably transferred through menu HDOROTH by
07.03.2020.
