Sub : Proposal of Additional General of Police (Crime) and Commissioner (Traffic and Road
Safety), Karnataka for presenting traffic e-challan registered against you/your vehicle in the Lok
Adalat for determination.

                Apropos to the subject mentioned above, you are hereby informed that as per the request of
Additional General of Police (Crime) and Commissioner (Traffic and Road Safety) Karnataka, traffic e-
challan cases are referred to the Lok Adalat meant for pre-litigation claims, to be held on 12-Nov-2022. It
is contended that you have violated the Traffic Rules and thereby committed an offence punishable under
the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, details of which are attached with this notice. Taking into consideration the
aforesaid contentious issue, it is expedient for referring Traffic Challan/s registered against you/your
vehicle at pre-litigation stage of the Lok Adalat u/sec. 19(5) of the Legal Services Authorities Act, 1987 for
final determination. Pursuant to Section 20(2) of the Legal Services authorities Act, 1987 r/w section
12(2) of the National Legal Services Authority (Lok Adalat’s) Regulations 2009, you are hereby called upon
to make payment of unpaid e-challans through e-challans through Karnataka One Webpage, or by visiting
the nearest Police Station at the earliest possible (Procedures is enclosed) or else your matter will be
taken up before the National Lok Adalat to be held on 12-Nov-2022.

1. If you make the payment as mentioned in the file attached with the letter forthwith or before the day
of Lok Adalat, you are not required to remain present for the Lok Adalat proceeding.

Select your city on the top right of the screen
Select QUICK PAY option on the menu bar
Select Collection of Traffic Violation Fine
Enter the vehicle registration number & captcha code to search fines
Accept terms and conditions
Select Continue for payment
A confirmation message will be sent on the registered mobile number for the successful
completion of the transaction
II. Offline Mode : Visit any nearest Police Station or Interceptor Vehicle or the Lok Adalat Pre-
Conciliation Sitting held every day in the Court Complex, show this Notice copy and pay the amount
 to get a receipt.
III. Offline Mode : On the date of Lok Adalat on 12-Nov-2022 visit the jurisdictional Court where Lok
Adalat is held and pay the amount to close the pre-litigation case.
