    Dear Barangay Captain,

    Hi I am Christoper Josh Reyes the sender of this letter. I sent this letter to address some
    problems in our community. There's alot of unwanted garbages that is thrown in the streets. I suggest
    putting some trash bins in alot of area with alot of people passing by. There's also a problem about the
    noise in our community. There's alot of people still using loud musics even if its late at night so the
    possible solution for this is making a clear announcement of time to not use any more type of music.
