Question: Give 5 action that Paul should take to address the issue.

Problem 1: Concerned about the capability of supervisors to coach trainees.

Problem 2: How seriously the line employees would take all of the training exercises.

Problem 3: Concerned about agreement with middle managers.

1. Paul can prepare for and lead a train-the-trainer course using the four steps of the Training Cycle which may
include:
• Goal and evaluation
• preparing and organising
• Facilitation and presentation
• Performance and assessment
2. Paul must use Kirkpatrick Taxonomy to assess his training program effectiveness. It is one of the most
widely used methods for evaluating the effectiveness of corporate training programs.
3. Use gamification techniques: It was found that over 80% of workers who receive gamified training report
feeling inspired, compared to over 60% of those who receive non-gamified training, who report feeling
uninterested and unproductive. In other words, Paul must gamify his trainings which will motivate the
employees to take up the training exercises.
4. Paul must explain Middle managers that how it will improve their quality of life: Ideally, when they will
return from a course brimming with enthusiasm and eager to put all the beneficial things they've learned
into practise. This will hep the organization gain profit in the long run as happy employees brings growth.
5. There are four sets of practices that are key to creating successful connecting leaders and they have been
mentioned below, using the mitigator parameter we can understand how to handle different kinds of
managers.
