205 Ceramic HT Fluid used for immersion high temperature service

Resimetal 107 Metal Repair can be applied up to 25 mm thickness ( min thickness is not specified ), optimal
thickness shall be fixed specified in exact value.

205 Ceramic HT Fluid application is 1 mm

Abrasion Resistance value shall be calculated and checked if above value is meet requirement. ( according to
product spesification ( both coating type have same abrasive resistance value )

Suggestion :
Conduct Painting Qualification Test ( PQT ) with this suggested parameter :
1. Preparing test coupon using base metal with same spesification and thickness with base metal to be

Suggestion 2. Use recommended surface preparation and roughness value.
3. Spesific coating thickness shall be decided and applied during PQT.
4. After coating finish and meet curing time , conduct test : adhesive test ( pull off ) & thermal conductivity
test for coated test coupon.
