TEXT DETERMINATION

why ?

 It is a medium of Communication between Business to Business & Business to Customer.

 Business to Business example:

User will raise an order from Head office, and Delivery will happen from other Point or or from other State
(Region)
With the help of the Text determination User can Communicate to Delivery session regarding Instruction or
any Communication through this Process

This Text was determined from sales order Header , due to Configuration settings , it was reached to Delivery
, if we do till Inv it will reaches to Inv level also
This communication required for Business to Business, daily they will generate 100s of order

Business to Customer

In this case , customer on his hard copy he wants the transporter number for that , we can mandate the ID
which we create in Text determination and Insist the delivery section user to include the contact number ,
with the configuration of FORMs we can get the output as required
Create text id

Click Change icon crate text procedure (zj)

Maintain Text id in procedure

Create access sequence and assign text id procedure

Assign text procedure to doc type zorj

Ref check box to be enable if required from sales order to delivery at delivery configuration ref should be
marked.
Text obligation is equivalent to incompl proc , if not obligatory it will save , if obligatory , we have to enter
other wise doc will not save.
Option Y before opening , z after doc opened. ( we will view a message box) as shown above.
