Attached hereto are copies of the Certificate of Registration, Official Receipt, Stencil,
and photocopy of identification cards;

The above-entitled case has already been terminated by virtue of the conviction of the
accused to a lower offense; and

There is no other pending case in Court or any tribunal which involves the said vehicle
that requires its continued impounding.

PRAYER
WHEREFORE premises considered, it is most respectfully and humbly prayed to the
Honorable Court that the subject vehicle which is under the custody of the PNP San Carlos City,
Pangasinan be ordered released to the herein movant-owner.

Relief just and equitable under the premises is also prayed for this 21st day of June 2022
in San Carlos City, Pangasinan.
