MARKETING FUNNELS
A marketing funnel is a visual representation of the steps a visitor takes from first finding out
about your brand until they convert.

The AIDA Model

Attention/Awareness: A prospective customer sees your ad, social media post, or hear about
you from a friend.

Interest: They think you can solve a problem and wants to learn more.

Desire: The prospect has done their research and wants to convert.

Action: The prospect takes action — they buy your item, schedule a demo, or take whatever
other action you want them to take.

Digital Media refers to “any kind of information broadcast to us through a screen”. This
information might be found on websites or in applications, software packages, video games, and

• Internal Links are hyperlinks that point at (target) the same domain as the
domain that the link exists on (source). In layman's terms, an internal link is one
that points to another page on the same website. (Page A > Page B)
• Backlinks/Inbound links/Incoming links are a form of off-page SEO where
you earn links from other websites that direct readers to your own site.
• Outbound link/External link is a link from your website to a different website.
An outbound link for you is an inbound link for someone else.
