    Staying At Home

    Staying at home all the time is no fun,

    All I can hear is, "COVID-19 nah dun".

    People getting sick all over the world

    young, old, middle age and even Granny Pearl.

    Staying at home all the time is no fun.

    I want to see my friends and play in the sun.

    Hold hands, hug, and show some love,

    to Granny and grandpa and even Aunt Vera Dove.

    Staying at home all the time is no fun;

    I want to go to the beach, build sandcastles and run.

    Go to the park and wear no more masks,

    and climb the jungle gym, now that's a great task.

    Staying at home all the time is no fun;

    But I guess that's what I have to do for now to keep safe and sound.

    Go to school online, stay six feet apart

    and follow the rules of the government,

    and know them by heart.
