Whereas the tenant contacted the owner and requested to let the said premises
on rent for residential purposes.
Whereas the owner and the tenant have mutually agreed as follow:
1. That the owner agreed to let out the schedule premises on rent and the tenant agreed
to take on rent for residential purpose.
2. That the monthly rentis agreed at Rs. 28,00/- (Rupees Twenty-Fight Thousand Five
Hundred Only] (Including Maintenance) payable by Tenant to the house Owner on or
before 9" day of every calendar month.
3. The tenant has paid an amount of Rs. 57,000/- (Rupees Fifty-Seven Thousand Only) to
the land lord towards Security Deposit and shall not carry any interest and the said
amount shall be refunded to the Tenant at the time of vacating the premises without
interest subject to adjustment of arrears of rent and other damages, repairs if any.
4, That the tenancy period is with effect from 09-Oct-2022 and the tenancy period is for 11
(eleven) months. The said periods can be extended by mutual consent of both parties
herein with fresh terms and conditions as agreed by the parties.
5. That the tenant shall have to keep the said premises in good and habitable condition
and shall not alter the construction. The Tenant shall return the said premises in the
same condition at the time of vacating the premises as he has taken the said premises
on rent for the day of the Rental Agreement.
6. That the Tenant shall have to pay all statutory payments in time such as Electricity Bills,
Water charges, maintenance charges (if any) to the concerned authorities and the
property tax shall be paid by the Owner.
7. That the Tenant and Owner are at liberty to give 1 (one) month advance notice for
vacating the premises. That the Tenant shall have to vacate the premises peacefully in
case the rent is not paid consecutively for 2 (two) months.
In witness where of, both the Owner and Tenant here-in-above signed this rental Agreement on
