Note:
1. The schedule of the examination for Junior High School is
simultaneous by subject across grade levels to ensure the sanctity
of the examination. Senior High School has separate schedule.
2. The class advisers and non advisers will act as the examination
proctor (preferably class advisers) for Junior High School and per
subject teacher for Senior High School.
3. The subject teachers will prepare the test papers and endorse to the
class advisers.
4. The subject teachers will check the test papers and do item
analysis, compute MPS and prepare the class intervention/s for the
least mastered learning competencies.
5. The department heads will consolidate the MPS by subject and do the
monitoring of the entire process on the conduct of the examination.
6. Other related task/s be done by the concerned individual
