Trade For Opportunity @TradeForOpp & other sources

This variation of the inducement model focuses on relative equal highs that create *internal*
liquidity for a short trade.
Again, I personally like looking for volume spikes here on LTF because you can literally see
algos stepping in to defend their positions.
Inducement is essentially a stop hunt. Once market structure shifts in a certain direction, I'm
looking for a quick sweep of at a level where algos are picking up more size to push it in the
other direction

.. Inducement is a trap before an area of supply or demand. Price will usually lure impatient
buyers/sellers into the market before the zone is met to create liquidity. Once the impatient
traders get trap [ped and stopped out, the true move begins.
..
I like using volume spikes on LTF to confirm that liquidity has been swept. You can literally see
the algos stepping in at these levels
..
Order blocks: This terminology is used to discuss supply and demand. Some SMC traders say
that order blocks are a more "refined' concept than regular supply and demand, but others
contest this claim.
Breaker blocks and mitigation blocks: These terms refer to support and resistance.
Fair value gaps: This term refers to an imbalance. There are a variety of different types of gaps,
and they were all identified years ago. Some examples are common gaps, exhaustion gaps,
breakaway gaps, and runaway gaps.

KM Trading @KMTrading_SMC
Liquidity is the fuel of the market. Liquidity are lots of orders (buy limit, sell limit, SL, TP). When
the market sweeps, a lot of resting orders are triggered and launch the market.

..
Common liquidity models to recognize on your charts. You have to understand that the
liquidity (the inducement) above or below these "patterns” are just resting orders that market
needs to fuel its move

..
The break [BOS] here "induces" traders to take position early; a lot of them have SL [placed]
below the previous structure. When Price breaks this "structure" it induces people to sell, then
price comes into an order block fill resting orders and takes all the liquidity available
..
A demand and supply zone are formed every time there is a break of the structure [BOS] or a
sweep of liquidity (or both). Inducement for a POI is not 100% needed but it gives us more
confluence for the zone.

..
Waiting for the HTF delivery is most important. Afterwards we can go on LTF to look at this
kind of setup. You can miss an entry and just follow the mitigation after.

..
HTF is always needed to show us the intention of the market. The range creates a decisional
POI by accumulating a lot of liquidity in the range.

..
Demand to supply flip
Supply to demand flip
A recurrent question: Who is in control? When does the control flip?
..6-Sept
Sweep, big move grabbing liquidity below/above certain pattern (EQH-EQL/TLQ) to fuel his
move ✍🏼 [Equal Highs-Equal Lows, Trendline Liquidity, LQP/Liquidity Pool..]

.. 7-Sept
A HTF POI is needed before going into LTF looking for this kind of setup to maximise the
probabilities of winning. I use CHOCH entry usually in protrend !

..8-Sept
Price delivery SUPPLY/DEMAND is an important concept. We need to tap into a HTF POI (a HTF
liquidity pool) before looking into LTF for the delivery of that liquidity.
Q: Can we consider wick as a BOS and ChoCh?
A: Yes we can but always look for liquidity

..9-Sept
Mitigation process explained: the mitigation is the process where price comes back into a POI
to allow the fair of the price by filling the resting orders.

..10-Sept
Building liquidity before a POI is a very great plus for your zones. Building liquidity is also
called inducement
..11-Sept
Step by step method you can use when Price arrives into a HTF Poi and starts to delivery!

..12-Sept
After delivery of the price to the demand/supply zones, mapping of the orderflow in a
BEARISH/BULLISH market helps identify where to find liquidity. Focus on structure first, then
find your zone and your liquidity.
Orderflow is a good way to understand how BFI accumulate some of their positions and
mitigate others.
BFI: Banks, Financial Institutions
SSL: Sell Side Liquidity (Seller’s Stop Losses)
BSL: Buy side Liquidity (Buyer’s Stop Losses)
PB: Price Break
IDM: Inducement
Flip: ChoCH

I receive this question every day, now you have a cheat sheet to know the difference.

Expanding:
BOS - break of structure. Market structure - bullish or bearish – helps to understand if the
institutions are buying or selling a financial asset. To spot a bullish market structure we should
see a higher highs and higher lows; vice versa for a bearish structure. So to spot the
continuation of the bullish market structure we should see bullish price action above the last
old high in the structure. That is the BOS, a confirmation that price will go higher after the
retracement and we are still in a bullish move.
CHOCH - change of character. Also known as reversal, is when the price fails to make a new
higher high or lower low; the price breaks the structure and continues in other direction. After
breaking the last point of supply or demand ChoChs often sweep the previous supply/demand
zone before continuing in the same direction as the already established trend; that’s why it’s
advisable to use additional confluences as ChoChs can produce a lot of “false signals” the price
is going to reverse.
..14-Sept
The first sign of changing trend is called a Choch. On the schematic below I marked BOS to
illustrate that we need to break the structure [first] [before we me in the opposite direction].
Demand is not created in a changing trend; you can follow your demand in a bullish market by
following the BOS

..15-Sept
Find the concept that you love and work on this one without learning the noise of the others.
..16-S
When Price creates a level people can place sell stop below the support. That is the sell side
liquidity. Banks and financial institutions put a large amount of buy orders after sweeping all
that sell side liquidity.

Supply/demand strength! The market naturally gravitates to #liquidity Areas.
Q: How do you tell that the liquidity is favourable or not
A: If market is bullish always look or assume that stop limit orders are on or above trend line
[that is favourable liquidity (?)] how many ppl taking entry and putting sl up side.
Normal retailer think market going down they shorting from trendline and put their sl above
trend line and above previous swing high
