Agreement for Transfer of Property

I, Heide, the owner of (add property address) undertake to transfer my title for the property to the
purchaser, Ate Liza, upon the following conditions being met in a timely, legal, and consistent
manner:

 Payment of equity already paid, plus interest. The payment has to be settled with the period
of 6 months from the date of this agreement.
 The purchaser undertakes to pay all the monthly instalments on the loan from this property
for the date of this agreement, and continue such payments until and after the transfer of
property title.
 Any liability or responsibility for the property, including but not limited to, the terms and
conditions of payment, injury or damage to property, occupants, visitors or workers.
 The purchaser is to be responsible for all expenses arising or relevant to the property.
 Upon meeting noted conditions, the property is to be transferred to the purchaser as per
the terms and conditions placed by the developer and the loaning entity.
