To explain further, in text 1, each of the paragraphs is still connected to the main topic.

Notice
that in the 4th paragraph it started to tackle the law that is related to the incident, and it includes
how it heavily affects and concerns young children with major and deep issues. As the paragraph
or article continues, it’s starting to talk about other issues related to the boy killing his mother’s
boyfriend, like what to do if young children are able to do crimes because they've been
domestically abused—do they punish them? Or do they consider them because of their age?
Continuing the paragraph, it discussed crimes with illegal drugs because of the growth of
violence and impunity that leads to crimes. And come up with ways to point out that youths may
be disciplined or punished based on the implementation of the lawmakers. In text 2, I find it
similar to text 1 because both are talking about the issue related to youths with crimes, so in text
2 its topic is about children that seems to disturb the metro manila with their unpleasant
behavior. The paragraph then talks about the laws being involved on the issue which stated that
15 and up are perishable for their crimes. As the law exploited, minors being present to all of
illegal stuff like illegal drugs, being a messenger or a lookout and even learning being armed
fighters. As it continues, the paragraph then stated the immune of the law lower than 15 and now
its 13. Relating to the main topic children disturbing all over metro manila, the paragraph
justifies that children must be in care and prevent them from crimes.
