Human Resource Research in the

Time of a Pandemic
The world is currently busy with the Covid-19 pandemic which has so far had a huge
impact on the life and death of the company, especially the issue of the company's
human resources. Currently there are many company leaders who rack their brains
on how to make the company survive in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, starting
from the company's income side to the health and safety side of employees.
There are many challenges that leaders must face. The first challenge is how do
leaders execute Work from Home (WFH) strategies and policies? Although the
Covid-19 pandemic has made all businesses in various industries decline sharply,
management still needs to make planning.
Therefore, research on how to find solutions related to problems in the field of
human resources, especially during a pandemic is something that is urgent to do.

Masa Pandemi
Dunia kini tengah disibukkan oleh pandemi Covid-19 yang sampai saat ini
berdampak sangat besar terhadap hidup mati perusahaan, terutama masalah
sumber daya manusia perusahaan. Saat ini ada banyak pemimpin perusahaan yang
memutar otak mereka bagaimana caranya agar perusahaan dapat bertahan di
tengah pandemi Covid-19, mulai dari sisi pendapatan perusahaan sampai kepada
sisi kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja karyawan. 
Ada banyak tantangan yang harus dihadapi para pemimpin. Tantangan pertama,
yaitu bagaimana cara pemimpin mengeksekusi strategi dan kebijakan Work from
Home (WFH)? Meskipun pandemi Covid-19 membuat semua bisnis di berbagai
industri merosot dengan tajam, tetapi tetap saja manajemen perlu membuat
perencanaan/planning.
Oleh karena nya, penelitian tentang bagaimana seharus nya menemukan solusi
terkait pemasalahan-permasalahan di bidang sumber daya manusia, terutama di
masa pandemi adalah sesuatu yang urgent untuk dilakukan.
