JEFFA GROUPS. He is a qualified and an experienced entrepreneur with over 45
years’ experience in the Construction and Property Development Sector. He has
been consulting and working in various private & public listed companies and
government development agencies as well as non-profit development organization in
various strategic and pioneering responsibilities that require special multi-discipline
skills, positive attitude, strategic thinking, innovative approaches, working diligently,
developing people and teams, challenging existing systems and adopting new global
standards to achieve successes. He has conferred the Best Entrepreneur Awards in
1986 by the Prime Minister’s Department. He was sent to Japan in 1983 by PMD
and has performed with Excellency.

He has successfully completed several major construction projects including the

RM12Million Maktab Rendah Sains MARA Projects in Kuala Nerang, Kedah, and
RM300 Million Pandan Commercial Centre in Johor Bahru, Johor Malaysia.

At Present under his management and leads position of Executive Chairman, the
company is in the midst of working out few projects acting as Project
Consultant/Project Manager to be executed with financial capacity take place.

1. Cadangan Jajaran Lebuhraya dari Simpang Pulai-Seri Iskandar ke Lumut dan

Seri Iskandar-Chederian (108km) secara konsesi “Private Fund Initiative
(PFI).

2. 300MW CCGT Power Plant Project with LNG Regasification Terminal at

Lahad Datu, Sabah.

3. 3x400mw Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) Power Plant in Samalaju,

Sarawak.

4. Proposed Construction and Completion of 5 Blocks of TLDM Apartments

(1,52 Units) and 8 Bungalows for TLDM Quarters AT Kg. Melawa, Sepanggar,
Kota Kinabalu.

5. 400MW Solar Power Plant SABANNAKAHET in LAOS PDR.
