setting-up Private University by the Cultural and Technical Education Trust,
Ghazibad under West Tripura District.
Sir,
In reference to the your letter vide No. F.4(169)/SDM/MNP/REV/2022/3162-63
dated 21/ 12/2022 on the subject cited above wherein you have informed that out of land
measuring 40.64 acre, the land measuring 21.00 acre is free from all encumbrance and
land measuring 19.64 acre is without free of encumbrance.
By-this time, Sri Shubham Jindal, Trustee, Cultural and Technical Education
Trust, Ghazibad in his letters dated-27/ 12/2022 and 10/01/2023 has informed that they
have willing to pay necessary compensation for structure, other plantation etc. in the
encumbrance area as per law (Copy enclosed).
In view of above, you are requested to initiate the allotment proposal for land
measuring 40.64 acre for setting-up Private University by the Cultural and Technical
Education Trust, Ghazibad after observing all legal formalities and send to this office for
next course of action.

This land falls under the jurisdiction of TTADC area and hence we had approach land ADC for the noc.
TTAADC had issued noc on 28/11/2022 and forwarded the same to your office.

Your office through sub Division land allotment committee had forwarded the proposal to revenue
Department.

ln the said land 20.5 acre of land is incumbrance free. However we need a minimum of 30 acres for
establishment of university, accordingly we submit that we will pay the necessary compensation for
the structure/fees and other plantation to acquire the remaining land as per the laws of the state.

We request you to process further as soon as possible.

In reference to the letter No.F.2(61)/ADC/Land/P-2017/1711-22 dtd, 28/11/2022 of the Chief Executive Officer,
TTAADC, Khumulwng, West Tripura, I am sending herewith a proposal for allotment of land measuring 21.00 acres

pertains to R.S. Plot no.1306,1308,1309,1310,1312,1320/P,1291,1292,1293,1297,1319,1322,1288/5820,13

1355,1300,1321/5821,1318/6183,1313 & 1311/P recorded in Khatian no.1/201,1/61,1/200,1/202,1/63,1/199

1/62,1/14 & 1/204 in favour of ``Cultural and Technical Educational Trust, Ghaziabad" for setting-up of Private University
at mouja Bodhjungnagar of Bodhjungnagar T.K under Mohanpur Sub-Division.

It is pertinent to mentioned here that as per field enquiry report it reveals that out of total 40.64 acres of land, area
measuring 21.00 acres of land is free of encumbrances till date and area measuring 19.64 acres of land is without free of
encumbrances. The statement of free of encumbrances and without free of encumbrances are annexed at Annexure-I & 11.
It is also mentioned here that the scheduled land falls under the TTAADC area. In this regard, a letter has been
issued from this office vide No.F.4(140)/SDM/MNP/REV/2019/449 dated 19/02/2022 regarding clarification about the
notification issued by Deputy Secretary, Revenue Department vide No.F.4(8)-RCC/2020 dated 10/06/2020 & Notification

of Administrator, TTAADC, Khumulwng vide No.F.14(5)/ADC/PO(LRS)/SDLAC/2020/P-I/1600-75 dated 16/02/2022

regarding consent of SDLAC constituted by TTAADC,

In view of the above, I would`like to request you to kin.dly give necessary instruction for undertaking the next
course of action. However, the proposal for allotment of land measuring 21.00 acres is prepared in prescribed format along
