I am Abhinandan Shekhar Shetty, currently studying in my final year pursuing my bachelor’s degree
in Petroleum Engineering, at the School of Petroleum, Chemical and Bioengineering, Faculty of
Engineering and Technology (FoET), MIT WPU. My PRN No. is S1032191127 and my Roll No. is PA-28.

Up until now I have paid my fees on time but due to financial and health issues I couldn’t pay the
first installment of the fees on time. My aunt had not been well since the past 2 months and we had
to frequently take her to hospital. In September she was diagnosed with a cyst and the operation to
remove the same was carried out on 17 th September 2022.

I have cleared the first installment as 22 nd September 2022, by paying the amount in parts from 21 st
September 2022, through CCAvenues Payment Gateway.
