As you are aware, I have had the honor to serve as the Zoning Board Attorney in Jackson since July 2006 and for Point Pleasant Borough since 2018 and currently serve as the Jackson Township Planning Board Attorney. In addition, I have served as the Borough Attomey for Lakehurst since 2001 until 2019 and the Borough Attorney for Point Pleasant Beach in 2006, 2008, 2009, 2012, and 2013. I have been an approved attorney for the Municipal Joint Insurance Fund since 2008. ‘Throughout the years, I have been able to provide these entities with not only general legal services, but also defend Civil claims, as well as assist in Administrative actions. Not only have I had experience with several Homeowner's Associations and have represented several Municipalities as Special Counsel. Since being admitted to the Bar, I have been able to gain experience by representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants in regard to Zoning and Land Use, Workers’ Compensation, tort and contractual claims.
