AFFIDAVIT OF WITNESS
I, Michael James M. Ananayo, 19 years old, single, resident of Tayug, Pangasinan hereby
depose and state that:
1. I was present and personally saw the accused Clarenz Espiritu committed the crime of
murder against the victim Kent Lester Quintos.
2. I don't know the victim's relationship with the accused leading to a heinous crime.
3. I witnessed the screams of the victim and the accused, got into a fight and ended up
getting stabbed several times.
4. I urged my friend to call the police after the situation and we ran away so that the accused
would not see us. We did not help the victim for fear of being injured or stabbed as well.
I executed this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing facts and to support the
filing of criminal cases against John Doe for violation of murder.
