Clinical Experience
COTTONWOODS | MARCH 14-31, 2022, JUNE 20-JULY 15, 2022
· During this clinical experience I was able to perform daily care on a variety of patients with multiple co-
morbidities and dementia. This helped me expand my communication skills and taught me how to
communicate with patients with dementia and different forms of aphasia.

3W KGH | OCTOBER 31 -DECEMBER 16, 2022

· Throughout this clinical I was able to perform the majority of skills included in the LPN scope of
practice. This includes but not limited to dressing changes, IV removal, saline lock flushes, removal of
foley catheters, head to toe assessments, and medication administration. Beyond this I was able to
perform patient teaching on a variety of patients including different ethnicities and health literacy
abilities. My focus was providing the best patient care while expressing understanding and empathy.
