Sub: Constitution of Multi-Disciplinary Committee to explore possibility for amicable resolution and
submitting recommendation in respect of efforts for amicable resolution regarding disputes raised by
Mahendra Realtors & Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. (“MRIPL”)

This bears reference to the Constitution of Multi-Disciplinary Committee to explore possibility for
amicable resolution and submitting recommendation in respect of efforts for amicable resolution
regarding disputes raised by Mahendra Realtors & Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. (“MRIPL”). MRIPL has
filed a Section 11 petition before the Delhi High Court for appointment of arbitrator and the next date
of hearing is 11.07.2022. MRIPL has proposed that they are open to discuss and amicably resolve the
disputes directly with EIL in a time bound manner by 15.06.2022.

In this regard, an Approval Note was initiated on 12.05.2022, wherein the Competent Authority has
directed that nominations be taken from D(C), D(P), D(HR) and D(F) at ED level to form Multi-
Disciplinary Committee. The Committee will place the outcome of the resolution before CFD. A copy
of the Approval Note dated 12.05.2022 is enclosed as Annexure A at Pg 1 to 46.

In view of the above, it is requested to kindly nominate members at ED level for constitution of Multi-
Disciplinary Committee. Nomination from F&A is made on Pg 2 of the Approval Note.
