The Human Benevolence

In this era of change, humanity faces a shortage of confidence and an abundance of

hopelessness in our lives. Every day, we hear or see someone succumb to depression because
of experiences such as the loss or suffering of their loved ones or the pain of living in a
torturous state.

One of the most beloved products of humanity is the ability to show emotion that explains the
conduct of words or actions towards an entity or being. The belief is that the ability to show
compassion is heavenly towards others that seek help in their lives to be able to handle pain
and relieve their suffering. To put it in another way, compassion is not just a feeling of
empathy but it is also a practice of providing help by relieving the pain with caring, kindness
and support. It is what makes a person not only beautiful but also human.

Beyond the feeling of distress and isolation, compassion shows us that it improves the health
and wellbeing of others. It reflects on the truth that the action of selfishness to overcome our
problems isn't the solution, that living life full of self-interest solutions is not only destructive
but also self-loathing. To that end, compassion provides mindfulness to overcome issues in a
salubrious way.

It is the nature of humanity to be able to feel one's pain and to act on its own to counteract the
pain. From that fact, it's the desire to donate your talents, abilities and time to place
someone's needs above your own. We each can provide help to make other people feel better.
For instance, surgeons are used to providing compassionate care to their patients above their
time to make sure they're safe for surgery.

Other than that, compassion makes us accept the responsibility that we never thought we
could handle. To add to that, it makes our existence more meaningful, worthwhile and better
than we could ever dream we could be. The responsibility is more than just an emotion but
also a way of life to encourage, embrace and praise the humanity of others. Therefore, we can
create a meaningful difference by performing one simple of compassion after another.

Human benevolence doesn't think of one difference that overrides a person's ability to help.
It's the acknowledgement of the value of another person that encourages compassion in the
first place. Because of that, it is an act of kindness performed because it is the right thing to
do. Fortunately, there is inherent goodness in people that naturally leads us to try doing the
right thing. The firefighters, police, doctors and other public services involve in taking care of
our community is just one of the reasons why we as citizens should acknowledge and help the
people who need help without just relying on the relief of those who has an obligation to
help. Compassion is the greatest gift one human being can share with another, and it is what
makes us beautiful.
