 Because of several days or weeks that our delivery truck stayed at Surigao warehouse, the
management suffered financial instability due to the following reasons;

1. Additional food consumption and allowances to our driver and helper,

2. The breakage of the bottles,
3. The delivery truck has no income that result that we cannot compensate the salary of
our driver and helper, maintenance, and fuels.

For this the management is asking for a “demoraje”.
