FINDINGS

From January 2019 to January 2020, the growth rate increased by 17.06% (CAGR).
A fall of 73.8% (CAGR Method) in growth rate between Jan 20 to Jan 21 DUE TO COVID.

Slow but gradual increase in boarding after the Covid regulations were lifted. Beside the fear
of pandemic and decrease in seat capacity, restrictions on opening of schools/universities
played a major role as the station is largely dependent on college population.

Walk share is poor (35%) despite the connectivity being good (1.49). The walkability is
moderate (6) and NMT share is very low (8.45%) indicating not many people opt for them.
