My friend’s name is Mia. She is 12 years old and lives in the countryside, together
with her parents, her two younger brothers and her grandfather. Her father likes
horses, that is why he has two of them, but on their farm there are also three cows,
five sheep and some hens. I only have a cat and I am an only child, which makes
us pretty different, but we also have many things in common: we both like
drawing, playing tennis and dancing. Reading and watching films, too. But she
enjoys adventure books, while I prefer history ones. As for films, my favourite
ones are romances, while she likes the horror type. This only makes us have even
more things to talk about. We don’t have to share exactly the same hobbies to be
the best friends.
