Top 6 most-recommended kapampangan food

Who doesn't love eating? Of course, almost everybody loves it! Whenever I have free
time, I usually eat my favorite dishes or my comfort food. Here are my top 6 most
favorite Kapampangan food that I personally recommend to you.

There is one dish that really struck my stomach and would personally recommend it to
food goers like me. This food was originally from Pampanga, this food consists of lots of
onion, the face of the pork or pork’s head, and kalamansi/lim after that they serve it in a
sizzling pan, this was called sisig. You can serve this with rice or most of the time they
serve this with beer.
Bringhe is a type of rice dish. Bringhe is traditionally prepared with luyang dilaw
(turmeric) and gata (coconut milk). Carrots, bell peppers, and boiled eggs top the dish.
As a topping, chicken leg pieces are sometimes placed in the center. They usually
serves this during fiesta or birthday.

I am recommending sipo egg because it's my favorite Kapampangan dish. This food is
creamy because it has nestle cream and evaporated milk. Of course, it's not called a
sipo egg if there are no eggs. So it has quail eggs, carrots, ham, and green pieces. This
is perfect for creamy food lovers like me.
This is a traditional food, this food consist of rice, salt, and shirp or fish. This is being
stored for 4 to 5 days until the rice is stick. This food is a bit smelly and sour but when
you partner it with what they call musta and hito (catfish) or any fish. I personally
recommend this because it is authentic kapampangan dish.

This food is called pako salad, it a very famous and common salad for kampampangan.
This salad is made with Pako (fidlehead), salted egg, tomatoes, and onion, can be an
appetizer or can be partnered with rice.
