1) What do you think are expectations of the organization from the Employees ?

Ans: Apart from generating revenue for the company, It expects certain things from
it’s employees.

 The employees should be respectable towards other co-workers.


 They should contribute to the growth of the company with their individual skills
and characteristics.
 They should maintain the reputation of the company and conduct operations in
a smooth way.
 They should be responsible,able to lead a team effectively as well as be a good
team member.
 They should always work in an ethical and seamless manner.
 They are the reason for very existence of the company so they should be good
decision makers and never jeopardize the company.

2) What are the expectations from Interns/New joinee?

Ans: Interns or Newly Joined members are being expected to

 Be a team player.
 Work smoothly with other members.
 To constantly learn and adapt.
 Ask questions whenever necessary.
 To maintain the reputation of the company and adhere to the existing rules and
regulations of the company.
 Be professional, punctual, ethical and responsible.
 They are expected to be loyal to the company and stick with the company for a
long time.

3) Why are etiquette ,manners and grooming, social communication , interpersonal


skills important at Work Place?

Ans: Etiquette ,manners and grooming, social communication , interpersonal skills


are important at Work Place as

 It helps us to effectively communicate at the workplace as Communication is


very important.
 When we are dealing with contacts outside of our own organization, etiquette
and communications skills contribute to projecting an excellent first impression.
If you are trying to make a sale or close a deal, this is vital.
 People you come in contact with will assess you by how you dress, your personal
grooming, your body language, your handshake and the fluency of your
communications skills. All of these together add up to your professional image.
 How you present yourself affects not only your reputation but also your
company’s image.
 It boosts our confidence.

4) What is professionalism? Why is it important at Work Place?

Ans: Professionalism can be called as the way we behave with our workplace
members. Our respectable behaviour should not only be limited to the workplace.
One cannot step out of the office and put his arms over the boss's shoulders and act
like friends. Knowing and Behaving in a ethical and right manner is professionalism
for me.
