• Waived the fees for vehicle licence renewal and examination for Commercial Vehicles,
Passenger Service Licence, Passenger Service Licence Certificate and Closed Road Permit
from 2019 to 2022

• Temporary parking spaces for idle non-franchised buses in suitable locations

• Extend the Pre-approved Principal Payment Holiday Scheme (預先批核還息不還本計劃) by six


months

• $1.26 billion in the 2022-23 Budget to support and develop the tourism industry
• $600 million to implement the Cultural and Heritage Sites Local Tour Incentive Scheme (文化古蹟本地遊鼓勵計
劃) for itineraries and products with cultural and heritage elements.
