At night, I started focusing on a scene and repeating it in my head until suddenly
waking up the next day. The most important isn't really the perfect visualization.
It's the feeling this scene gives me. I need to convince my brain that it's
actually happening. It was like asking myself "how would I feel if (scene)
happened?" but I changed it to "(scene) is happening right now. How do I feel?".
It's not much but it did the difference for me. The first night, it seemed weird
and I felt like I would never successfully trick my brain... the next night it felt
more real. The third time, I had completely appropriated those feelings as if they
were truly mine. In a way that, the thing I was trying to manifest didn't even seem
that important to me anymore as the days went by.

##
Focus on the FEELING. Don't stop even if you feel like it's too difficult : it
won't be the next time you try.

For your reference, I'll be using the following scene: I am standing with my wife,
next to the infinity pool in my new house's terrace, drinking a local beer, feeling
good, accomplished and grateful, all while overlooking the beautiful crystalline
ocean and making sure I feel all my surroundings. I then proceed to tell my wife
"remember how much we wanted to have this life and now we have it?" and I'll loop
this scene again and again.
