1. Use either the simple past tense or the present continuous tense.

2. Use either the present perfect tense or present perfect continuous tense.
a. Oh, Nova! We (look) for you for two hours. (3 points)
b. Look, somebody (break) the window. (3 points)
3. Make sentence by using these tenses.

4. Put the verb into past continuous tense, then change the sentence into the negative and the
interrogative form.
I (read) this book at 8 o’clock last night. (6 points)

5. Use either the past perfect tense or past perfect continuous tense.
a. He (sleep) for about two hours when I came in. (3 points)
b. When I arrived, the train (leave). (3 points)
