of section 9 ofthe Gujarat Stamp Act, 1958 @om. LX of 1958), the Government of Gujarat hereby
remits the stamp driy chargeable under the said Act, in respect of instruments executed for share
broking transactions by the share brokers who establish their regisered share broking office in
Gujarat lnternational Finance Tech City (GIFT City), Gandhinagar and also operate and trade from
the said place.
