TENDER PREPARATION MANUAL

Initial steps:

 Login to http://edumartstg.sets.co.in/ through your user id and password.

 The following screen will appear:

Kindly Click on File-Add menu for tender preparation in Tenders tab.

Select appropriate options and enter the details for tender on first step of tender preparation

After filling details of tender, kindly click save and next button.

Kindly click on Add item button for adding items in tender.

Kindly select appropriate category from the available categories

Kindly select items required for tender as follows.

Kindly click on Add Items button at the bottom of the Add Item screen

The following page appear on the screen.

Kindly select all items and click on Save button.

System will show message as tender items saved successfully. Click on Ok and then click on Next
button.

System will show the list of items on the screen. Kindly click on save and next button

On third step of tender preparation, kindly select appropriate formula from the given list of formula
and check the option EMD needed if EMD is required in the tender.

Click on Save and Next button

On fourth step of tender preparation, kindly select Techno commercial bid and click on Define bid
button.

Bid opening date for techno commercial bid will be set later.

Kindly click on Save and Next button

Kindly click on Add document for adding document in techno commercial bid.

Select appropriate document and scrutiny type from drop down and click on Save button

List of documents will be appear as follows. User can add documents with both scrutiny type
required for tender in this step. Click on Save and Next button

Techno commercial bid status will be display as defined.

Kindly select price bid and click on Define bid button.

Bid opening date for price bid will be set later.

Kindly click on Save and Next button.

No documents required for price bid. Kindly click on Save and Next button

Item list will appear on the screen for which price is required.

Click on Save and Next button

Status of both bids will be display as Defined.

Click on Save and Next button

Standard terms and conditions for tender need to be uploaded in this fifth step of tender
preparation.

Kindly select file and move on the right hand side for adding in tender document Click on Save and
Next button.

On sixth step of tender preparation, kindly enter the base amount and click on Calculate Tender
Fees. System will display the Tender fee in Rupees including GST.

Also enter the EMD amount for tender and Click on Submit and Next button.

Click on Create and Download button for generating pdf.

Pdf will be generated and will be save in Download folder.

Click on Finish button.

System will show message as follows:
