Proposal

Introduction
The aim of this proposal is to describe and analyse the possible uses of technology in the
Managing Department. It is based on opinions expressed by department members and on
personal observations.
The members of our department took advantage of these technological equipment, which
include printers, computers, fax machines, which were used for writing and printing documents,
co-contracts. With the help of these technologies, we managed to strengthen our relationships
with our partners, write new projects and implement them.
Computers and all the technology we use today are outdated and no longer offer
maximum efficiency. Therefore, our department requires the acquisition of new equipment and
higher performance programs.
Benefits to the company
Surely these improvements will bring multiple benefits to the department and our entire
company. Members of the Managing department will be able to focus more on work, and on
important tasks. Their work will be more efficient, faster, thanks to the high-performance
technology the members will get a wider horizon of possibilities.
Training of staff
It is self-evident that our staff need to be trained in order to use new software and
equipment. It is highly recommended that department members attend some courses held by IT
specialists.
Conclusion
Taking into account what was said above, I can certainly claim that the introduction of
new technology in this department will represent a very important step to be able to obtain
greater profits in the future, to be able to get involved in new projects.
