3. The holder of the pass shall wear mask properly and continuously.

4. The holder of the pass shall observe social distancing of 2 gaz.

5. The holder of the pass shall abide by all laws/rules/orders of Union/ State government.
6. The holder of the pass is traveling only for permitted purpose and not for prohibited
purpose.

7. Criminal proceedings shall be initiated against the holder of the pass for giving false
information or for violation of law or rules or regulations.
