Shriya was born in Kolkata and is brought up in Bangalore. She did her schooling
from Presidency School. After completion of her schooling, she pursued BSc in
fashion and apparel design from Mount Carmel College Bangalore. She is
currently working with one of the most renowned fashion designers in India. She
is very jovial and loves to spend time with her family.

Shriya’s father - Mr. Brajesh Joshi and mother- Mrs. Madhavi Joshi were born &
brought up in Calcutta and Delhi respectively. Shriya’s father is into the business of
Iron and Steel since the last 22 years and her mother is a fresh entrepreneur who
recently started her Fashion & Apparel business.

Ours is an upper-middle class nuclear family with moderate thinking and
traditional values, settled in Bangalore for the last 29 years (Ancestral roots from
Haryana and Calcutta). It consists of 5 members - her mother and father are both
entrepreneurs, her elder sister (Surabhi) is the director of customer success at a
Legal-Tech startup in Gurgaon & her younger brother (Raghav) is into the family
business.
