Request for Existing Physical Condition Survey and Get Other Related Information

I am conducting a survey on in Building Control II (BSR506) as course requirements

for my third semester in Bachelor of Building Surveying (Hons). In connection with this, I
would like to ask your help to provide the necessary data for my study, please feel free to
answer the requirements.

2. I am writing to inform you that I wish to request for access to any of your construction
project for the following reason(s):

• Viewing its site and condition for taking picture and video
• Carrying out any work necessary in site
• Info about owner
• Full bill of quantity and other related finance information of its site
• Project plan document
• Table of project progress
• Certificate of completion and compliance (if possible)
• Safety and health at site
 • List of problem at the site
• And other related info

I am planning to run the visit with my teammates on Saturday 7 January 6, 2023. I would like
