Weather/environmental considerations
Give detail of wind speeds/environmental conditions that have been referenced/anticipated during lifting operations.

rain to be expected on day of lift. wind speeds to be continually monitored and checked
throughout. no lifting if wind speed exceeds manufacturers guidelines.

Access
Include any special travelling routes, road closures/highways notifications, access problems.
Access and egress is to be from Queen Elizabeth street, the road is narrow with cars
parked either side wagon and crane should be guided in to ensure no damage to
vehicles or property occurs.

4. Once crane is in position c/o to be instructed to setup crane as per manufacturers specification and permitted RAMs.
5. Barriers and signage to be put into place to prevent and unauthorized access.
6. C/o to perform all necessary pre-use checks and confirm wind speed is acceptable and continue to monitor throughout the lifting operations.
7. s/s to agree all signals to be used
8. L/s and s/s to check all lifting accessories and perform pre-use checks.
9. C/o to perform trial lift under instruction from s/s, once trail lift is complete lift can commence and load may be slung as per agreed RAMs
10. Personnel to remove netting from transport vehicle and put lifting rings into wall and attach guide rope.
11. S/s to place chain block as per rigging drawing and instruct C/o to center over first wall lit and lower of.
12 S/s to attach chain slings to lifting rings and instruct c/o to take weight of wall.
13. s/s to confirm all is correct before instructing c/o to move wall to final position on site and lower. Upon landing into position engineer to check position before s/s
instructs c/o lower all but final 1ton
12 personnel to secure wall to machine using appropriate strapping, once secured s/s to instruct c/o to fully lower and wall is to be derigged.
13. Personnel to use footed ladder to remove chain slings and lifting rings.
14 S/s to instruct c/o over transport vehicle for lifting next wall and lower .
15. s/s to rig wall, attach crane and instruct c/o to lift and take weight, s/s and c/o to confirm all is ok before instructing to lift over final wall position and lower off.
16. Engineer to confirm final position of wall and personnel to secure to first wall using appropriate brackets . once secure s/s to instruct c/o to lower off and
personnel to derig wall and await transporter to bring further walls.
17 . transporter to arrive with further walls and l/s to bank into correct position.
18. Personnel to remove netting from transport vehicle and s/s to instruct c/o over wall
19 personnel to catch wall and repeat above procedure to secure remaining walls and check final positions with engineer
20. once all walls are in position and secure s/s to instruct l/s and engineer to check final wall positions and stability and instruct lift team upon completion.
21. On completion of last lift L/s to instruct c/o to de-rig crane as per manufactures specification ready for travel on the road.
