“Keys management”

This procedure will be follow for all the staff who is in relation with beverages.

 Before of explain the protocol, you need to know:


o MPS fridges will use BLACK key ring, and in the label will indicate the number of the
sky box (it will be the same in all the stadiums. For this keys FOH supervisor will
deliver the keys in a plastic bag with a white label where will indicate the numbers of
the skyboxes under his supervision
o Coca Cola fridges will use plastic strips (to close the fridges always remind the
procedure for that)
o Budweiser fridges will use YELLOW key ring, and in the label will indicate the Bar to
which it belongs. For this keys FOH supervisor will deliver the keys in a plastic bag
with a white label where will indicate the Lounge and level under his supervision (to
close the fridges always remind the procedure for that)
o Mixed fridges will use BLUE key ring, and in the label will indicate the Bar to which it
belongs. For this keys FOH supervisor will deliver the keys in a plastic bag with a
white label where will indicate the Lounge and level under his supervision (to close
the fridges always remind the procedure for that)
o Storages, will use WHITE key ring, and in the label will indicate the storage to which
it belongs

 After leaving all the fridges in order as procedure indicate, FOH supervisor will check
and close with key all the fridges under his supervision, will put all the key in the
indicated plastic bag and will delivery by hand to BOH

 Keys: There will be a special box for leave all the keys in BOH. After each shift FOH
will deliver by hand to BOH the plastic bag with all the keys and will complete the
“Keys form”. In the case of BOH they will do the same with the keys under his
supervision. The form:
